1) Collect Sample Information

Please confirm the model, size, power, voltage, finish (e.g., Matt Black, Mirror Silver, or other finishes), control panel, and optional functions such as timer and WiFi, according to your requirements.

2) Make Design & Draft Drawings

Our engineering team will create structural and dimensional drawings according to your specifications for your final approval.

3) Sample Fee Payment & Arrange Production

Custom samples require a sampling fee. Once the payment is received, we will arrange the workshop to start sample production.

4) Track Sample Manufacturing

We monitor whole sample production progress in factory to avoid dimension or function deviation.

5) Pre-delivery Inspection & Function Test

Finished goods undergo full inspection including rated power test, temperature rise test, timer function check, IP waterproof test as well as appearance & assembly inspection. Goods can only be shipped after passing all tests.

6) Advise Shipment Details

After samples dispatched, email you tracking number plus real photos of finished samples.
